Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional customer support in Italian across multiple channels..
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding orders, payments, returns, and other marketplace-related issues.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
- Stay informed about the company’s products, policies, and promotions.
- Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) is essential.
- A minimum English proficiency of B2 is a requirement.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic computer skills and ability to work with CRM software.
